Instructions for Ordering

For your convenience, you can order Online, by Mail, by Fax or by Phone. Copies of our Terms and an Order Form are available as PDF download (see left column).   If you need software to read PDF files, it can be obtained from Adobe software.

To order Online, add items to your shopping cart with desired quantities. Each item will be confirmed. Upon check out, you will see the retail pricing value of your order. The next business day, we will confirm your order by phone, through fax or by e-mail with appropriate discounts based on quanitites in your order. Please use the comments section if you have a Purchase Order number or for any other needs.

To order by Mail, download and print out an Order Form, then complete all appropriate blanks and mail to: Lake Superior Port Cities Inc., P.O. Box 16417, Duluth, MN 55816-0417, USA.

To order by Fax, download and print out an Order Form, then complete all appropriate blanks and fax to: 218-722-4096.

To order by Phone, call us during business hours (8 a.m to 5 p.m. Central Time) at 888-BIG LAKE (888-244-5253). Locally, please use 218-722-5002. If you prefer that we call you, please send us an e-mail and let us know the best time to call: orderwhsl@lakesuperior.com.

Shipping is FOB Duluth, Minnesota. To save charges, you may arrange to pick up orders at our offices: 310 East Superior Street, Duluth, MN 55802. Please call first.
